What it is

RegularsAI is an independent Australian editorial project about artificial intelligence and the systems around it. This tracker reconciles operator disclosures, planning records, government material, industry forecasts and attributed project reporting.

What it is not

It is not a definitive national census. One record may represent a building, campus or clearly labelled portfolio. Records must not be added together to infer a national facility count or electrical load.

Directory comparison

Commercial directories are useful discovery and comparison tools, but their listing counts are not interchangeable with this tracker. Data Center Map, for example, says its count can include facilities within campuses and multi-tenant buildings and that lifecycle stages are indicative. RegularsAI does not import or reproduce that database. Candidate gaps are researched again and added only when an independent operator, planning, government, exchange filing or credible published source supports the record.

Evidence grades

• SOLID: supported by a primary document or direct operator disclosure.
• REPORTED: attributed to a credible directory, project tracker or published report.
• CONTESTED: a material definition or claim remains unresolved.

Location policy

Pins are deliberately placed at suburb, precinct, island or regional level. They are not intended to identify sensitive entrances, equipment or exact infrastructure coordinates. Exact locations for defence-linked, government or otherwise sensitive facilities are not published.

Corrections and right of reply

Operators, landowners, public authorities and affected people may request review of a record. Material allegations are attributed to the underlying public source, and disputed status, capacity, ownership or location claims are corrected transparently when better evidence becomes available.

Commercial independence

Future sponsorship will never give a partner the right to alter a project status, evidence grade, correction or inclusion decision. Paid relationships will be disclosed clearly.
